Ann T. Lemke, age 92, born, June 2, 1924 passed from this earth on October 7, 2016. Preceding her in death were her parents, John and Prakseda (Wierzba) Lemke, her brothers; Peter, Frank Roman and Henry Lemke, Sisters and infant Theresa, Agnes Maurer, Johanna (Jennie) Klabon, Helen Gollonik, Brother-in-laws; Ossie Klabon and Frank Gollonik, She is survived by her dear sister Regina “Reggie” Lemke of Chicago, IL. She was an Aunt, Great Aunt, Great-Great Aunt to many. As a young girl, she lived in the area of Torun on her family farm,, and later worked at Worzalla Publishing. Eventually, life took her to Milwaukee where she worked for Allan Bradley for 32 years. After retiring she remained independent but active with her Prayer Groups and Social clubs in Milwaukee. Honoring her request, she will have a Mass at St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception Parish, Custer, at 10:30 am, Saturday October 15, 2016. Rev. Greg Michaud will officiate. Visitation will be at 9:30 am until time of service at the church. Shuda Funeral Service is assisting the family. Burial will be at St. Stephens Cemetery. Also, per her request, a Memorial Mass will be celebrated in Milwaukee, for her Parish family and friends. She wanted to thank all of the doctors, Nurses, CNA’s and anyone who helped her especially during her last ten years. She said “You know who you are”.
